Wenda Christopher, Jr. High/High School Assistant Principal

I feel so privileged and honored to be the Secondary Assistant Principal at TLCA Midland! I love the professional atmosphere and the Leadership mission for the students and staff!

I received my Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree and Mid-Management/Principal’s Certification from Texas Tech University and have worked in Education for almost 30 years as a teacher and an administrator.  I have been blessed to have a variety of wonderful experiences teaching Junior High School English and Reading, working as a Reading Specialist, Counselor, Jr. High and High School Assistant Principal, Elementary Principal, and Dean of Students at a K-12 Private School.  I also worked as an English Teacher Trainer with the U. S. Peace Corps in the Philippines, and as an IB English teacher at an American School in Brazil.

My interests include travel, writing, cooking, and adventure/exploration!  I truly look forward to getting to know the students and parents at TLCA Midland!

Lifelong learning is an empowering and adventurous journey!  Let's learn and explore together!
